AN EVENING OF MAGIC

Ashram nights is a new tradition at Hamsa Yoga where Soham, myself and friends share experiences from Ashram life, such as mantra (chanting together), meditation, Jnana yoga (knowledge, philosophy), yoga asana (the physical practice), seva (selfless service), bhakti (devotion), prasad (food offering, and sharing a meal together), puja (an offering) and more. The atmosphere is set to make you feel at home, and embracing all parts of who you are. Everyones welcome.
